Weird sensation in my right leg?
it kind of tingles and hurts like a sun burn but it isn't burnt. and its onlly the right leg. does anyone know what this might be?

You didn't say what part of the leg was affected. If it is just the outside surface of the thigh, then it is probably "meralgia paresthetica," a pinch of the lateral femoral cutaneous nerve as it exits the outer, front portion of the pelvis. This condition produces both spontaneous sensations that are generally unpleasant as well as partial loss of sensitivity to touch in the same area. One interesting note is that Sigmund Freud had this condition.
