Contact question. my eye doctor gave me a shedule to follow.... about how long i should wear my contacts?
like on the first day in for 4 hours out 1 then back in 4
the like the third day in 6 out 1 in 6
does it matter if i excede the 1 to like 2 or 3 maye bc i dont want to wear them around the house when i am going ot. do u get my point. plz. help and i would also like to to know if u swim or shower with sontacts.?? thanks for the help in advance

It just depends on how comfortable they are for you....
I shower with mine, but on swim if you have a good set of goggles....
The schedule is mainly to help your eyes get used to them.
You can exceed the 1 hour if you want... you can only wear them for 2 hours a day if you want....
I sometimes wear my glasses all day and then put in my contacts when i go out.... Have been doing this for a few years.. no problems.....
