Natural Remedies for Immune System?
I have had servere Reactive Hypoglycemia for a while now, just getting it under control. Last year I also got servere hay fever for the first time, I presume to the stress that RH put my poor old body under.
Last year I had the jab, this year im on oral steroids.
Does anyone know what can naturally boost my immune sysytem to help ease the hay fever ???
