Should I be concerned?
Is there a problem if you notice some blood in your stool?
Once in a while I'll see little streaks of red in my stool and I was wondering if this is anything serious.
I'm not trying to be disgusting, sorry if I am.

Fresh red blood in your stool probably just indicates rectal bleeding, possibly by a hemorrhoid, constipation, or diarrhea. If you have tarry stools, coffee-ground-textured stools, or if you are having abdominal pain with this, you must see a physician. These three symptoms may indicate internal bleeding.
