Tired, drinking lots of water, and peeing all the time what's going on?!

Question:

Tired, drinking lots of water, and peeing all the time what's going on?

I also have a cyst, a chocolate cyst on my left oavry, could this be the problem? I am also going to the bathroom, at least 10 times or more a day, i'm drinking tons of water 2-3 bottles a day, along with drinking some coffee, and lemonade. I am also getting more backpain, and io am just worn down. I am seeing my doctor this coming up wednesday, but need some suggestions, thanks!

Answers:

Well when someone says they are peeing all the time, drinking a lot of water, and generally, tired... the first thing that comes to mind is diabetes. So that would be my first guess.

However, your symptoms, including the chocolate cyst and back pain...and some others you didn't mention...are strangely similar to many I had a few years back and my problem turned out to be endometriosis. Even the chocolate cyst was a result of the endometriosis which was choking off the ovary. The peeing was a result of the tangle of endometrial adhesions on the pelvic organs...including the bladder. The same goes for a lot...although not all...of the back pain.

In my case I had to have a hysterectomy, but it doesn't have to be that way...a lot depends on your age and plans for children. The hysterectomy did totally resolve ALL my problems.

So, IF diabetes is ruled out, you might ask your doctor about a laparoscope to rule out the endometriosis. It is one of the most UNDERDIAGNOSED problems that women have.

Edit: MYAB has a good point about the kidney infection. That should be ruled out as well.
