How can i sleep sooner?!
Question:
How can i sleep sooner?
i get to used sleeping late at 2 or 3 AM.now i wanna sleep sooner about 10 or 11 at night.what can i do?
i know that things become habite when we repeat them again and again.but can i change this habit?
can sitology help?
and i have no time to be relax for 1 or 2 hours to get sleepy!!
