Why am i having tremors?
For the past 2 years i have been realy shakey all over my body.some days are a lot worse then others. i also get full body tremors out of the blue.they are short and i always gasp when they happen.my bf says i get muscle twitches when i sleep.i went o the dr and he told me to cut out caffine and nicotine but it didnt help whats wrong with me.im 21

I would see a specialist so they can do a MRi and make sure everything is alright. Are you taking any meds that could be causing this? I would want to get to the route of the problem since you are so young. See a doctor that specializes in nerves.
