Question:

My sleepin schedule is all messed up...HELP!?

ever since like a week after school got out ive been going to sleep at like 5am and then waking up at 3 or sometimes 5.. and it really sucks b/c im missing the whole day..i dont really want to take any medication so...can yall help me?!?!?!


Answers:

Set an alarm to get up earlier. You'll be tired that day, but you'll be able to go to sleep earlier that night. I've worked nights for many years and this works for me when I have to adjust back to being up during the day. Sometimes it takes a few days to get totally back on track.
