Need to figure out what kind of pill this is...?!

Question:

Need to figure out what kind of pill this is...?

It is a little orange pill, it is shaped like an oval. It has the numbers 3720 on it, with what looks like a G in front of the numbers.

If you tell me what it is, please tell me how you know. If you can't tell me what it is, could you please tell me where I can go online to reasearch pills by the number printed on them.

Thanks a million to anyone who answers!

Answers:

I think it's Alprazolam. This is a drug to treat anxiety. It's in the drug class "benzodiazepines," and would most likely be prescribed by a psychiatrist or someone treating a person with symptoms of anxiety or panic disorder.

I found out through a website called "pill identification wizard." It lets you enter the characteristics of the pill (which you provided) and then shows you a picture and tells you what it is. Here's the site with the results I found:

http://www.drugs.com/imprints.php?action...

Hope this helps!
