Why is it so bad to fart where people are around?
it is not nice to fart where pple are because you spoil the air that they are suppose to breath in, and you cannot save your fart for later because your stomach may explode worse than it would have five minutes earlier.

my gf was taught not to fart in publuc and she used to get very painful cramps and bloating. i had to teach her that people will get over the sound and smell much sooner than she would get over the pain.here in the US its a social taboo for some reason or other. i understand that in the UK they use farting as gag jokes in their sit-coms(excuse the pun). besides, have you ever noticed that no matter how isolated you try to be, like finding an empty isle in a store, once you farted, someone will always walk into it. i like farting in an elevator if i'm alone then getting off and listen to the people moan when they get in...LOL
