Help with my dot?

I woke up today with an itchy dot. After my shower, it still felt gritty & itchy so i applied some cream using an applicator. Um, once i removed the cream, i lost the applicator. I have tried to fa_rt it out with no success. Im 250 pounds & i have short, stumpy fingers so, i cant reach the dot. I am afraid to go to the Dr. What else can i do?
