Why do i shake my legs or feet or knees?
unconciously. When i hear music sometimes, or in class if im bored, or even if im not bored. Can this be a diffiency of some sort, a trauma perhaps? Any ideas or knowledge appreciated :D

I do the same thing. U r fine, not sick or anything. I just do it and my husband is like STOPPPPPPPPPPPPPP.lol. but i still do it. habit!!
