Answers:

I'm 6' 5" - not super tall, but taller than average. I was about average height (maybe a bit above, but not a lot) till I was about 15 yrs old. From near the end of my sophomore year in HS through my junior year I grew about 6 -7 inches. Unfortunately, my weight never caught up and I was freakishly skinnny (but damn good looking) most of my life.
I never did anything to try to grow - it just happens.
