Is Splenda, which is made with sucralose, toxic?
I've been hearing a lot of negative things about the consumption of Splenda. Like for instance that it will shrink your thymus gland by 40% and cause liver and kidney damage. Is any of this true?

Honestly, I think all the millions of chemicals we put in our bodies are killing us. Splenda is a chemical. Sweet N Low is a chemical, Equal is a chemical. it's all chemicals. All this "boxed-ready-to-eat" food has preservatives.....CHEMICALS. And we are all eating it!
how many "new medical conditions" have emerged in the last 10 years?? OMG...like 100's if not 1000's!!!!! All these NEW MEDICATIONS. for what?? to counteract all the chemicals we put in our bodies everyday, from International Delight to that forzen dinner we eat. (ready in 10 min for those "on the go" nights.!!!)
If have the will power.......go BACK to sugare but CUT YOUR CONSUMPTION by HALF. It's either sugar free (which is gross I agree!) or if you drink 4 glasses of soda a day, cut back to 2. Or start at 4 for 2 weeks, go to 3 for two weeks, go to 2 for two weeks etc......
NATURAL SUGAR IS A HECK OF A LOT BETTER FOR YOU THAN 'FAKE' SUGAR.
