The newer sleeping pills don't make you drowsy like the barbituates did. You have to go to bed and put your head on your pillow. The next thing you know, it's morning. If you don't go to bed right after taking them then you stay awake but you have a sort of amnesia. It's not safe to take them and wait until you're sleepy to go to bed. Some people have been known to eat meals they don't remember or to drive and not know how they got somewhere. Look at your Q/A's tomorrow and see if you remember posting them. Now go to bed.
