I am trying to enroll in school this year but am having a problem locating my shot records. I have been to over 30 schools and many more doctors and have no clue where to look for them. Is there a way the army would have a copy of these for insurance issues? Is there any other way to find them. My mother and I are both looking and any advice would be very helpful.

Begin by contacting the county health department of where you first received immunizations. Your mom should be able to help you with this. If not, contact the health department in your area and they will be able to direct you.
