How to keep brain muscles in shape by doing simple things?!


Question:

How to keep brain muscles in shape by doing simple things?

I have read that if you are left hander then try to do basic things like brushing/cleaning etc from your right hand. It will improve left part of brain. Can anybody suggest more simple exercises like these?

If you regularly travel to a place (like to work, school etc) try taking a different route, rather than sticking to the same path. The different scenery and different interlinking paths you take are replicated in the neural network of your brain - new experiences build new neural connections.
The changing connections between neurons explain how we learn and improve our skills. Building new connections through new experience is good for keeping your brain networks supple and adaptable.
Another really good exercise is to go on holiday for a month where people drive on the opposite side of the road.
