Every year in June i get bad hayfever only in June rest of the summer im fine?
I get a reaction to hay fever so then I need a blue haler and I can’t stop coughing does any one else suffer this and what do you do do get round this

It sounds like you're allergic to one specific pollen type. Hay fever causing allergens come from many different types of flowers, plans, and trees. These flower at different times of the year, yours is obviously a June flowering type. Apparently this is most likely to be Grape seed, grasses, Lime or Mugwort. You could try avoiding areas with these plants and trees (or remove them if their in your own garden.) Or you could look into desensitising treatments - ask your doctor.
