Tired all the time why?
I am tired all the time. Im not working at all right now and Im stuck at home most of the time. I have a 6 year old son full time too, his father is in jail and has been in for 4 months now. It has been hard especially not working anymore. Im tired all the time, I get 8-9 hours of sleep at night but still feel tired and have a nap sometimes durring the day, I feel like i need a nap because im so tired. Why am I feeling so tired?

I think you need to get out of the house. If your son is 6 he is probably in Kindergarten or 1st grade? Is there a part-time position that you may like or a full-time where someone can watch your son for a couple hours. Schools often have afterschool programs for kids whose parents work. You need a change of scenery ,try to eat healthier,get in as much exercise as you can-even if it is walking around a mall with your son. You'll feel better!
