If you are actually serious, you can by an OTC medication called Anusol which is like steroids for your @ss. If this doesn't work, you will have to go to the doctor for them to get taken care off. They can lance them or do other things. But if the doc starts to un-zip his pants run.
Also you can try and take a warm bath, that can provide temporary relief.
