What is a good gas reliever? for your stomach only?
I have cramps always early in the morning at the bottom of my sides. It is not a menstraul cycle, its not being pregnant either.
I am a 37 yr old female, non smoker ,non drinker.
Answers:
The best gas reliever that I have found is GasX or the store brand equivalent. For the stomach only, it is Gaviscon or the store brand equivalent. I suggest seeing a doctor about the morning cramps which could be caused by something other than gas.
