How true is it that body weight increases when someone faints or dies?!

Question:

How true is it that body weight increases when someone faints or dies?

Recently I've seen a vehicular accident. The victim was kinda skinny but it takes him 5 (or 6) people to carry him. In fact they were kinda having a hard time lifting him..

Thanks in advance!

Answers:

Well, it's just dead weight. If the person cant control their muscles, they cant help the people to lift them, or if the muscles stiffen it would have the same "heavy" effect.
