Answers:
Some people can have genetic anomalies, but it isn't always dependent on their race. Although some races do...some Native Americans can have a muscle in their upper arm that Caucasians don't have. But even so, not every Native American has this anomaly. I am sure some African Americans can have an extra bone, just like some Caucasian people can. But I don't think that ALL of them do.
