3 to 4 times a day is a lot, so it'll be in your system for a quite a while. Just stop smoking for a month, or if you have less than a month stop smoking and drink as much green tea and water as possible. You can also buy detox drinks, which are relatively expensive. You can buy pills at grocery stores and all other sorts of things. I've also heard of filling up an eyedropper with bleach and putting it in your piss to create a false negative (not sure if this works). The surefire way to pass this would be to borrow someone elses pee....I know it's gross, but its the safe thing to do...if you know they are clean that is.
