Answers:

A nurse can lose her job if someone reports her that she has anything but a professional and supportive relationship with her patient .

Also nurses get propositions for all sorts of things from their patients and that may put them on guard when they hear another proposition. Many nurses try to be professional and will try to ignore personal feelings they may be developing. The younger nurses are not so well trained as the older ones when it comes to being a professional.

Let her know a bit about you, talk about some things unrelated to your passion for her. Let her feel more comfortable with you and perhaps she will like you if she looks at you as more than a patient.

Don't compromise her position as a health care professional by suggesting things that she cannot do.

You could ask her something innocent and not imposing, like, when you are out of the hospital would she consider going for coffee.

Nurses also don't look after the same patients every day. If you get another nurse you could ask that person if they have heard or they think that your beautiful nurse may be interested in you.

Beside that, are there any clues that she likes you?
like smiling a lot or staying to chat by asking about non-medical topics. This may lead to a yes answer for coffee when you are out of the hospital.

Don't ask her to see you in anything except a professional role when you are in the hospital and don't keep repeating plans for dates ,etc... if she says yes for coffee.

Nurses are often very busy and sometimes they cannot even spare one extra minute, so be carefull not to detain her when she has to go.
