This morning i was gargling some listerine and i accidently swallowed like half of it. It is now 3:00 and my stomach is in alot of pain and i feel like im going to throw up. Whats the worst that could happen to me?

If more than used for rinsing is accidentally swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. If gum irritation occurs, stop use and consult a dentist.
This is part of the warning label on the bottle, since you did not swallow more than what is used for rinsing I would say you are safe. You might throw up though and that's not a good feeling. I would suggest drinking plenty of water to reduce the concentration of Fluoride or any other chemicals in your system. Remember Fluoride is poisonous. If your symptoms did not improve you need to call your doctor of poison control center in your area.
