Why does this happen when i sneeze????
I used to hold my nose when i sneeze for a while.. but then i stopped because i was worried that something bad was going to happen. When i sneeze sometimes my mouth opens and some spit comes out... Then i get a real bad burning sensation in my throat.

Hah i just sneezed right now = ] i feel a tingly sensation in my throat but it doesn't hurt. Maybe see a doctor but i know holding your sneeze is bad...specially when theres food in your mouth.
