One big ouch, if you can make to a drug store, suggest you get some of the lotion to break up the oil, it is generally rubbed on and rinsed off. There is some good anti itch creams. I think the good old "Gold Bond" powder is good for the hinnie.
Some people think an oatmeal bath is good. Just throw the oatmeal into the tube and soak.
You may want to see your doctor, for some pills, Prednisone
or what ever is recommended in your area.
What ever clothes you were wearing, get every thing into the laundry and don't wear it until it is washed.
