What's wrong with me!?

Over the weekend I went out with some friends, and drank, which is something I normally don't do very often . Staying at my friends for a few days put me off track of my normal diet.

Before I get to the point, I will point out that I normally see a little blood when wiping after a bowel movement. On Sunday evening, I pooped and when I wiped there was more blood than normal (this has only happened once before) and there was some on my poop.

This evening I went again, and there was blood. Not as much as last time but it was still there and just a small amount on my poop.

For the last few days I've felt bloated, and had some cramps (but I'm expecting my period soon) and certain foods make my stomach ache a little. What is wrong with me?

I only bleed when I poop. After I'm done going, the blood doesn't keep coming out.

No I'm not constipated.

Also the blood was bright red.

I hope you don't have infections on your intestines. It's possible something might be wrong with one of your organs. I knew someone who started bleeding really bad and too much when she poops each time. It was some big problem, however thank God she is still alive after all that surgeries.
