When should i take my cod liver oil supplement? morning or before bed?
i'm studying for exams right now and i'm trying to make sure i get all the nutrients i need. i usually take cod liver oil supplements because they have omega-3 which is great for ur brain! so should i take it in the morning before i start studying or in the night before bed?
Morning because that is when your brain is fresh so if you take the supplement it will really benefit you. Of course u do need breakfast.
However if you take it before bed, that is the time when your brain needs the rest and is really "sluggish" so the supplement will have little or no effect at all.
