How long would it take for someone to have permenant damage if they take 48 paracetamol tablets?! urgent!!!!?

I don't think you took them because you would not be on the computer, but if you are thinking about it then I would suggest that you call or speak to someone, you can cause your liver to shut down your kidneys, you can also give yourself a heart attack, this product is like Tylenol if you did take these or know of anyone who did then you need to call 911! I noticed you made another post what would be better to overdose on paracetamol or aspirin? I don't want to say you are duping people you really sound to me like you have a serious problem and need to talk to someone, you are on here for help, maybe if you can tell us why you feel the need to overdose we can help you, you will learn that NO problem is worth destroying your body,or your health, once you get over your troubles you will look back and see that was so dumb. please talk to a trusted friend or professional don't do anything stupid. nobody or anything is worth poisoning yourself!
