Cold Sores :-(?
Can anyone give me any advise on how to prevent cold sores or whats the best and quickest way to treat one? how do i stop it spreading? how can i cover one up? going on my sisters birthday party next saturday and woke up this morning with 2 cold sores above the middle of my top lip half way up to my nose. id prefer it to be on my lip so at least i could cover them with lipstick! why have they appeared there? i feel horrible. any advise...please? x

get plenty of rest, eat a balanced diet, exercise regularly, take vitamins and supplements, and protect your lips from the sun and weather. this is the most common advice you would get... there are lots of medicine out in the market but it's still better to consult a doctor and ask about trusted ones.
