I have a bad sunburn!?!

I have a bad sunburn!?

I was out in the sun yesterday for several hours and now I have a bad sunburn on my face and the back of my neck and upper back. Also on my forearms. What should I do? I dont want skin damage or cancel. :) Please give me some advice thank you.

IT ISNT VERY GOOD SMELLING BUT VINEGAR IS VERY EFFECTIVE FOR PULLING OUT THE HEAT AND TAKE A COUPLE OF ASPRINS FOR THE PAIN, AND ALSO ALOE VERA LOTION IS GOOD FOR THE PEELING AFTERWARDS TO MOISTURISE
