I can't sleep?!


Question:

I can't sleep?

I've been having this problem for about a week, and I don't know how to stop it. I just want to be able to go to sleep when I go to bed. Any remedies that don't include taking sleep medication?

Jave you been anxious lately? Do you have any idea what might be causing this insomnia?
You can try warm linsen (not sure of spelling) tea right before you go to bed or as you are already in bed. Use 2 baggies.
Try and figure out what's cause this so that you can fix the problem and not just the symptom. Linsen tea is used to relax your nerves.
