From what you're saying it could probably be that you're not used to it. I remember when I started lifting weights I had the same problem, I just wasen't used to handling all that. After a while I got used to it and it rarely ever happened to me again. The only ocassions that it did happen was when I felt tired and I still decided to go and workout (which you're not supposed to do, you might get hurt take it from me) Just try not to overdo it alright? You'll see that after a while you'll get used to handling the excersices. Hope this helps you out!
