I feel the same pain in my back over and over again what should I do.

Thats a good idea ill flip my matress over.

If the pain is in your lower back it could be kidney stones. If drinking 2, 3 or even 4 glasses of water does not make the pain disappear within the next half to one hour then you will be able to console yourself with the fact or joy that kidney stones are NOT the cause.
