I used my treadmill to take care of that issue for myself! Try jogging or walking depending on what you can do a few hours before bedtime see if that helps out. A friend of mine who suffers sometimes from insomnia said doing situps an hour before bed was enough to make her tired. So give one of these a shot. Good luck!
