How long does your average nose job operation last?
I know it will differ from how much is being done. There's not a lot being done here from what I can gather. If there's no complications approximatly how long should it take?

as you said, depends on what is being done, as well as who is doing the surgery (different docs work at different speeds).
a septoplasty for a deviated septum should be 45 min to an hour. a sinus surgery probably about the same. often they are done together and take 1 - 2 hrs.
a cosmetic procedure probably would be in the range of 1 - 2 hrs depending on the extent of the procedure.
in short, they aren't lightning quick, but they don't usually drag on for 3 or 4 hours either.
Also don't forget to factor in the time in pre-op, waking up. recovery room, etc. to get the time for your entire stay.
