Is it gas or something else?
OK so i have an IUD and have been feeling what I thought was pregnancy symptoms but the test came up negative.
It's on the left side of my pelvic area, where my ovaries are and it feels like a thumping. Honestly it feels just like when you first start to feel a baby kick, but im not pregnant. Is it gas or something else?

You still ovulate with an IUD in place, so that might be what's causing the problem; OR, you could have an ovarian cyst that's getting bigger...and worst case scenario, you might be experiencing a tubal pregnancy. When was your last period?
If you did a home pregnancy test and it was negative, you will want to consider seeing your doctor for a blood test, especially if the symptoms continue.
