Please help....?

I need some help for my brother, he was recently arrested and confessed to being on meth. My family and I want to get him into a GOOD rehab program somewhere in Northern California, does anyone know of any good facilities with a high recovery rate or good techniques for helping people get off the drugs? Any help is very much appreciated. Thanks
