I am cocernend that they will test positive for cocaine.

Samples from drug tests are analyzed a few different ways, but as a general rule the tests are looking for specific illicit compunds that have already been tested on the same machine (or same type) which gives a specific reading. As novacaine and benzocaine aren't illegal, they would not be used as standards for something that the drug test would look for. This pretty much means that it might "show up" in a drug test, but it would not indicate anything illegal and you don't have to worry.
The chemistry is obviously much more complicated than this, but hopefully I was able to not confuse you with my answer.
