Heat Rash???

could you tell me,whats the best way to get rid of heat rash or stuborn itchy rashed on neck?

Use cornstarch or prickly heat powder or calamine lotion. It will soothe the itchiness and will dry up the rash so healing can take place. Best thing to do also is to stay in an airconditioned room as much as possible. :-) Spraying of Evian mist/ Avene also helps relieve the itchiness temporarily.
