If u r asking, what to do to allay ppls' fears?--may be medical professionals can lead the way by having campaigns involving open interaction with the patients; likewise celebrities could be convinced to do the same.
The thrust point is--"HIV canNOT survive outside blood for typically more than 15 seconds", which if explained properly puts to rest most of the irrational fears.
Likewise all the myths should be dismissed, but with logical reasons, because that's how u can convince ppl for the good.
