Good workouts?!

Good workouts?

For anything except legs. I work my legs a ton. I dont have any workout machines and dont have access to a gym, what are some good excersizes for abs, arms, back, etc?


Answers:

Here is a program to get you started.

Push ups 3 sets until failure
Pull ups 3 sets until
Bicep curls 3 sets of 8-12 (you need to buy some weights)
Tricep kickbacks 3 sets 8-12
Leg lifts 3 sets until failure
Sit ups until failure
