Why do my fingers keep twitching?!

Why do my fingers keep twitching?
The twitching only happens to my thumb and pinky finger of my left hand. It occurs around four times a day, and lasts about 30 seconds to a minute. It doesn't hurt when it twitches.

reflex action from being on the computer...the muscles keep firing and so your fingers twitch. perfectly normal
