ok ook guys im 14 years old. i am 240 and im a 6 feet tall, i wanna drop to 200 or lower by the beggining of september, can anyone give me a good workout plan and what to eat, so i can lose those 40 pounds. Also how can i lose my stomach and build up my abbs


Answers:

To lose weight, your obviously going to have to cut the saturated fats, trans fats, cholesterol, and sodium from your diet. You're also going to have to run.

I suggest a mass building weight lifting workout, which consists of various exercises (ex. squatting, bench pressing, dead lifting) with 3-4 sets of 7-9 reps. I heard this has helped people lose weight.

Workout 4-5 days a week for about 40 minutes, and then go outside and jog for another 40. This will help you shred up that fat. Eat a high carb meal like pasta an hour before hand to give you the energy for your workout.

In terms of eating, look at the food labels of various foods. Look for foods low in sugar, high in fiber, and packed with nutrition.

Remember the importance of water. Water helps your body do all of its functions.

To build up your abs, have one day where you do nothing but crunches/situps. Do about 15-20 sets of as many as you can do.
