Help.BAD headaches...?

about 5 years ago i used to get these really bad headaches, then they found out the cause and i need glasses. i always wear my glasses or contacts and lately ive been getting these awful headaces the affect my whole day. all i want to do is lay down and sleep. i took a ibprofil 800 and that didnt help plus i took an alegra and that also didnt help. i told my doctor when i went in for my psycal and he kinda just blew it off. its not in just one certian spot its accross my for head and when ever my head hurts my back hurts. please HELPPP!!! <3

Lots of things can cause a headache. Firstly have you had your eyes tested recently, do you need to get your glasses changed?

Next are you drinking enough water as dehydration can cause a headache?

You say that your back aches are you sitting/standing with a poor posture? It could be a tension headache caused by tightening in the muscles in your back.

Have you eaten something new that may have triggered a migraine?

Are you under stress?

Is it as simple as now the summer is here you are a little sensitive to the light?

Sorry to throw so many questions at you, but work your way through the above to try and find the cause of your headache. If none of the above applies, go back to the Doctor and make him listnen to you.
