What is the role of tyrosine/tyramine for those of us with ADD and migraines?!

Question:

What is the role of tyrosine/tyramine for those of us with ADD and migraines?

I just read that foods high in tyromine may help control ADD. But tyromine produces tyramine, and foods high in tyramine give me migraines.

I always have ADD but only get migraines when I eat high tyramine foods* (or before my period). What is the significance connection between these two substances for me? How should I shape my diet to minimize both ADD and migraines?

These include grapes and any kind of beans, fresh or otherwise.

That's tyrOSine and tyrAMine.

Answers:

If you take Tyromine for your ADD you will get a migraine as it is converted into Tyramine
Tyramine causes randome blood vessels in the brain to clamp down and restrict blood flow, Then the blood vessels swell up causing the pain
Other sources of Tyramine are Yeast in any form (alchohol, bread, vinegar, etc) and Soybeans. You may also be sensitiv4e to nitrites, nitrates and sulfites; bananas, strawberries, peas, any pods of beans, molds (cheese)
