I always feel light headed?!

I always feel light headed?

i always feel light headed it gets worse when i enter shops could it be the lights and it happens with certain head movements ; when i have alcohol it seems to take it away; i wondering could it be anxiety i have had it for 5 years can any 1 help thank you

I experience those feelings when I wear a certain motorcycle helmet or when I button my top button to wear a tie. The artery on the side of the neck,(corotic?), gets pressured and restricts blood flow. Neck movement could do that. Lights? No. They do an ultra sound test at a cardiologists office to test for restrictions or ,worse, blockages.
