Brace help plz??
i hav just had my brace fitted an it kills like mad when i try an eat
what things would be easy to eat while i hav my brace on??

Answers:
Try taking painkillers and drinking something cold (the colder the better--anything with ice usually works).
My orthodontist told me to try this when my braces hurt, apparently the cold relaxes the wire they use.
Other than that, just like everyone else has said, eat soft foods that don't require much if any chewing (e.g. pudding, mashed potatoes, soup, milkshakes) until your teeth stop hurting.
